Legal Aspects of Performance Management – November 1st

Legal Aspects of Performance Management – November 1st

Retaining high-performing workers is always a challenge. The key is establishing a clear and consistent management-level communication process. Performance planning should consider the entire spectrum of HR issues … well in advance of the actual one-on-one performance review. This session will explore the legal and regulatory issues designed to minimize the risk and the liability factors that arise without a consistent and effective performance management process.

This program is a collaborative effort with the Employers Association of The NorthEast. There is no charge for the seminar but seating is limited. It will be held on Friday, November 1st from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. at 6 Blackstone Place in Lincoln, RI. Contact Roger Hood.
