Patrick Guida served as co-chair of the planning for and on the faculty of the American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education program “Commercial Lending Today 2016” held in Chicago in May. He spoke on the topic of sureties and guarantors.

The American Law Institute (ALI), founded in 1923, is the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and otherwise improve the law. The Institute is made up of 4,000 lawyers, judges, and law professors of the highest qualification.
