Julissa Arce is an associate at the firm and plays an active role on the Real Estate & Land Use team.

She joined D&S in 2025, bringing her experience in land use and municipal law to the firm. She has represented private developers and property owners in all aspects of real estate development. She also has experience representing public clients as acting solicitor for various municipal boards and commissions.
