Bob Duffy recently spoke to a gathering of published economist and philosophers who met to discuss social and political issues of importance to the US and Republic of Germany in Chicago at its bi-annual meeting. His presentation entitled, “Common Law Application of the Philosophy of Property: Where the Rubber Meets the Road” focused on the topic of private property, freedom and the rule of law.
