Mike is an associate at the firm and an active part of the business law, real estate, and M&A teams. He focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate matters, including commercial real estate matters, complex financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation and business counseling, and many other commercial transactions.

Mike regularly assists clients with the acquisition, financing, permitting, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate varying from industries involving commercial real estate developers, hospitality facilities, and manufacturing companies.

Admitted to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, he is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association.

• Represented developer in $100 MM purchase of hotel resort in addition to the associated financing.
• Represented family-owned insurance business in $7 MM sale to competitor.
• Represented regional manufacturing company in the $10 MM purchase of substantially all the assets of a local competitor including the associated commercial real estate.
• Represented angel investor in the private equity seed fundraising for a technology start-up.
• Advises businesses and individuals on a daily basis with respect to governance and various commercial transactions.

Mike is a member of the Committee for the Rhode Island Young Accountants Network, which is part of the Rhode Island Society of CPAs.
