Julissa Arce is an associate at the firm and plays an active role on the Real Estate & Land Use team. She joined D&S in 2025, bringing her experience in land use and municipal law to the firm. She has represented private developers and property owners in all aspects of real estate development. She also has experience representing public clients as acting solicitor for various municipal boards and commissions.

Julissa is a magna cum laude graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law. During law school, she won the Moot Court 26th Annual Esther Clark Competition for Best Brief and completed a variety of internships and externships, including at IGT and the Roger Williams University School of Law Business Start-Up Clinic.

She is active in her community and serves on the Providence Historic District Commission and the Providence Green and Complete Streets Advisory Council.  She is a member of the board of the Federal Hill House Association, whose mission is to help those in Federal Hill and the surrounding community thrive at every stage of life. She is also a participant of the Rhode Island Bar Association Leadership Academy, Class of 2024-2025.
