Brian Boland is an active member of the business law and M&A team.

He has worked on several high-value transactions with consideration up to $140,000,000 for clients in various industries. In addition, Brian represents clients in general corporate, employment, and tax matters. Brian also advises clients in all matters involving tax credit financing. He helped guide Rhode Island Public Radio through its merger with the Rhode Island PBS Foundation.

Prior to joining Duffy & Sweeney, Brian worked as a transaction associate for a small Boston-based law firm helping clients of all sizes with all of their corporate needs. Previously, Brian worked for international accounting firms as a federal tax M&A consultant advising on the tax aspects of transactions.
